According to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS), employment in healthcare occupations is projected to grow 13% from 2021 to 2031. This should add about 2 million new jobs. This growth is due to "the need to replace workers who leave their occupations permanently,” according to the agency. VISA

VISA Process

Student Visa

The student visa for the United States is known as the F-1 visa, and it is intended for individuals who wish to study full-time at an accredited educational institution in the United States. To obtain an F-1 visa, students must first be accepted into a qualifying educational program and demonstrate that they have sufficient financial resources to cover their tuition, living expenses, and other related costs while studying in the United States.

STEM Course Visa Benifit's

International students who pursue STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) courses in the United States may be eligible for an extended period of Optional Practical Training (OPT) after completing their studies. The OPT program allows international students to work in the United States for up to 36 months after graduation, providing valuable work experience and potentially leading to employment opportunities and permanent residency in the United States.

Non STEM Course

International students who pursue non-STEM (non-Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) courses in the United States may still be eligible for the standard 12 months of Optional Practical Training (OPT) after completing their studies. Although the OPT period is shorter for non-STEM fields, pursuing non-STEM courses can still provide valuable education and skills that may lead to career opportunities and personal growth.

H1B Visa

The H1B visa is a non-immigrant visa that allows U.S. employers to temporarily employ foreign workers in specialty occupations that require theoretical or technical expertise. To be eligible for an H1B visa, the foreign worker must have a job offer from a U.S. employer and possess the necessary education, skills, and experience to perform the duties of the specialty occupation.
