VISA

VISA Process

Student Visa

The UK student visa process involves several steps. First, prospective students must apply to a licensed UK educational institution and receive a confirmation of acceptance for studies (CAS) letter. They must then submit an online application, pay the visa fee, and attend a biometric appointment to provide fingerprints and a photo. Additionally, applicants may be required to provide evidence of their English language proficiency and financial support. Once the application is processed, a decision will be made and the applicant will be notified. If approved, the student can then travel to the UK and begin their studies.

Post Study Visa

The UK post-study work visa, also known as the Graduate Route, allows eligible international students who have completed their studies at a UK higher education institution to stay and work in the UK for up to 2 years (3 years for PhD graduates) after their course completion. To be eligible, students must have completed a degree at a UK institution with a valid Tier 4 student visa and have left the UK before the visa expired. Once the visa is granted, graduates can work in any sector or at any level and do not need a sponsor. The visa can also be extended or switched to other work visas if certain requirements are met, such as securing a job offer from a UK employer.
